Hello, hello friends! We are one day away from Valentine’s Day and I know that not everyone digs this holiday like I do. To me, it’s not about romance and flowers. It’s a celebration of love. And this love can be your significant other, your friends or your family. My mom always made a big deal about celebrating this holiday for my brother and I growing up. Now, I love to do the same with my kids. Plus, I love anything pink and girly, so why not treat yourself to a little something something?
I love to put together a little gift for the kids each year. This year, it is personalized storage clipboards, Squishmallows and cotton candy. We stay in and cook a big family dinner, i.e. Josh makes lobster tail for the two of us. The kids get heart pasta that I find at HomeGoods every year and we just get to be together. Since it is on a Friday this year, there will most likely be a Frozen 2 viewing as well.
If you’re not into Valentine’s Day, I totally get it. But if you love pink, then this shopping list is for you! I’m a creature of habit and I cannot steer myself away from pink, despite being in my thirties. It’s my favorite color and I will always buy a product if it comes in a pink color way.
