My Favorite Cozies

We are officially in the dead of Winter y’all!  Now, the dead of Winter in Georgia isn’t quite the same as it is in Pennsylvania, but it still calls for all of the cozies!  After three children, working from home, and sheer laziness, I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur of cozy.  What is that you ask?  It means I know my cozy wear and I wear it often.  I’m truly lucky that I don’t worry about a dress code on a daily basis and know that this is probably temporary.  Therefore, I will be taking full advantage of cloud-like layers and elastic closures while I can.

I’m sharing some of my favorite cozy wear today that is on repeat for me lately.  These pieces are the bread and butter of my closet and my most worn items.  If we are going to be cold, we might as well all be cozy, right?!  From the snuggliest bathrobe to the softest blanket, I promise these all deliver on comfort.  I’m including some pants, some sleepwear, and blankets because they’re all in my daily rotation, and we all need and use them.

I just want to call out three of my absolute most favorite cozies – as in need them with me when stranded on an island.

my favorite cozy things

Ugg Scuffette Slipper

These are so much more than a slipper – they’re my most worn shoe.  I have no shame in throwing these on for a school pickup or Starbucks drive thru run.  I’m also always taking the dog out or grabbing the newspaper in them because they have the sturdiness of a shoe.  Avery is hooked on these too and scored a pair for herself for Christmas.  She and her friends wear them to school as real shoes, so if they’re tween approved for daily wear then it’s totally ok to leave the house in them!

Giraffe At Home Robe

I treated myself to this robe when Riley was born for those newborn days at home.  It is just the best of the best.  It feels like you’re wearing a cozy cloud and washes up so well.  Mine is two plus years old and has been through the washing machine many times and feels so soft still!  The best way to describe this is as deliciously comfortable.

Barefoot Dreams Blanket

I’m sure you’ve seen every blogger spout on about the magic of this blanket.  Trust me, this blanket lives up to the hype and the price tag!  We all fight over the two of these in our house and one is almost always being used at all times.  They’re just incredibly dreamy and snuggly and are really pretty in person.  I love displaying them on our beds and couches and then cozying up in them while I work or watch TV.  When you see these on sale, grab one!

How are you staying cozy?  Dish your favorites!
