Stitch Fix Review

Happy snowmaggedon!  Again.  I don’t even want to talk about the weather or the snow, but happier things, like clothes that just appear on your doorstep!

I love, love, love to shop, but I also love when someone else shops for me.  I have been using Stitch Fix for a few years, and it is hands-down the best subscription service I have ever tried.  It’s also the only one I have stuck with.

There are a couple of bloggers that I follow who religiously share their Stitch Fixes on their blog, and I didn’t realize until recently just how much value I got from this.  You can basically “shop” pieces from other users and Pinterest and write a specific item into your suggestion box or create a specific style board (name it Stitch Fix!) on Pinterest.  The stylists look at these boards and your suggestions and will give you what you want if they have the sizes!

For this fix, I requested all tops in looser fits, thinking (falsely) that they would work with my growing bump.  But, guess what?  Stitch Fix has maternity, so I have those pieces coming in my next fix!

Let me know your feedback and thoughts on this post please!

#1 Kut From the Kloth

I LOVE florals and was so bummed this didn’t work.  It’s just not the right cut for pregnancy, but oh that pattern.  Someone not with child please snatch this up and wear the hell out of it for me! I got this in a small and pregnant or not, I would size up to a medium in it.

#2 Skies Are Blue

I absolutely adore the blue and white striping on this top.  My stylist is a friend and knows my love of all things blue and white, so she knew this was right up my alley.  It’s buttery soft and would be so great to wear under a coat jacket or or on a hot day.  This is a small and fit looser, but it’s meant to fit that way.

#3 Doe and Rae

More blue and white!  The front of this looks like a solid blue crew cut sweater.  I love that the back is a fun surprise!  This is a small and I actually thought it ran a smidge on the larger size.  Love this so much – how cute would it be with white jeans and tan wedges?

#4 Papermoon

This was the best at covering my growing belly, but it was barely doing it unfortunately.  I love this cut and the material was heavenly.  The flutter sleeves took it from being too casual, but this is definitely a top you could wear all day and sleep in, if you’re so inclined.  I took this in a small and think it runs a little large.

My stylist said this was my out of my comfort range item, and she was right, but I LOVED it.  Sometimes it really does work out when someone else shops for you and picks something you normally never would.  I ended up loving this the most out of any of the tops.  It was too tight on my belly, but I adore the pattern and the cut was my favorite! It would go great with black skinny ponte pants and heels or cut off’s and sneakers.

I loved the personalized attention to detail of this latest fix and can’t wait for my next one! I am super excited to see their maternity offerings!  This post wasn’t sponsored at all, I just love the idea behind this company!

You can sign up for Stitch Fix here!  I personally love Courtney as a stylist, so request her!

Have a fabulous day!  -XO

  1. So many beautiful pieces! I love how your stylist ventured away from your comfort zone and it totally worked! That’s how I chose my wedding dress, my stylist pulled a dress I never would have even considered <3

Isn’t it so amazing when someone looks at you the way they see you as opposed to the way you see yourself? I love that that happened with your wedding dress, that’s just magical! -XO
