I want to take a minute and brag on my husband before I get this Father’s Day Gift Guide going. He is the best dad ever and both myself and our kids are so lucky to have him. He gets up with all three kids, cooks, cleans, does bedtime and works so hard for all of us. Father’s Day isn’t enough to show him how much we appreciate him, but we try, mostly in the form of sleeping in and gifts.
Speaking of gifts, why are men so hard to shop for? They all say they want nothing, or at least the ones I know do. However, there are always a few can’t miss items to gift the dads in your life. And this list is Josh approved. He owns a few things on here and the rest are his ideas or things that he said he would be happy to receive. Granted, he’s not one to ask for things, but he definitely deserves to be treated on Father’s Day.
one – This is a winner for both of us. It hides cords and charges your phone at the same time. My husband loves gadgets like this, and already has one of these on his nightstand.
two – Another thing Josh can’t get enough of our Yeti everything. He has a cup like this for keeping drinks cool when we are at the pool or grilling out.
three – Vineyard Vines is my go-to clothing store for Josh because I know their fits. They also have a great fan shop if your husband is a hardcore sports lover like mine.
four – You can never go wrong with an Alexa! The new one looks so cool and our whole family loves and uses these. Josh has an extra one I gifted him at his office, so a second is always a great gift.
five – One of Josh and my brother’s favorite things to have on hand is a multi-tool. You can get them at great prices and they have a bunch of different tools on them for… whatever you need little tools for.
six – My brother and sister in law got Josh one of these for Christmas a few years ago and he still loves it. The bottom is magnetic so the tops stick right to it.
seven – A Yeti cooler is on the top of my husband’s wish list!
eight – I have been buying these shoes for Josh for years; he just got a new pair!
nine – For the droid user (like my husband), Fitbit’s new tracker is an Apple watch dupe!
ten – These are Josh’s favorite belts and he is due for a new Red Sox one.
eleven – How fun is this dartboard set? Perfect for a game room or basement.
twelve – I’m married to a grill lover and he will always happily accept accessories for his Green Egg.
thirteen – This may seem random, but we have Nest security cameras and Josh is really into them. They are so useful to have and checking on them makes life so much easier when we travel.
fourteen – See what I said about anything grill related above!
